Did you know you can check the status of your postal orders on the Finance Portal? If you placed an order and want to check if it has arrived in Portugal, you can do it quickly and simply.
"Made a purchase in a country outside the European Union and have not yet received the order?" asks the Tax Authority (AT) cited in the Noticias ao Minuto, informing that it is possible to check the status of postal orders through the Tax Portal.
"There is available on the Finance Portal a tool for searching postal orders that allows you to check if the declaration has been delivered to customs and if the release of the goods has already been authorized," reads the explanation from the AT news site.
To access, simply log in to the Finance Portal and follow the following steps: Citizens or Companies > External User Management > Postal Orders.
