The reduction is also evident in installments indexed to the Euribor six and three months, albeit more moderately.

The home loan rate with 12-month Euribor is reviewed only once a year, which means it accumulates the impact of all interest rate decreases since the last update.

At the meeting on June 5th, 2025, the European Central Bank (ECB) once again lowered interest rates, now to 2.0%, reinforcing the trend of relief in monthly payments for variable rate mortgage contracts.
