When making your purchases digitally, just like in physical stores, you also have some consumer rights.
According to DECO PROteste, quoted by Notícias ao Minuto, "in distance purchases, if you want to withdraw from the purchase after the product reaches you, you have 14 consecutive days to communicate." There are only certain situations where this is not allowed.
You also have rights when the order arrives late, being able to complain "with the online store, as the seller has several obligations to fulfill".
And should know that there is still a "deadline to file complaints of fraud situations", with an "alternative to courts, for cases where the consumer cannot reach an agreement with the online store".
