If you are going to issue a one-time act of more than 25 thousand euros, you must pay attention to what you have to do before issuing.
According to the Tax and Customs Authority, cited by Notícias ao Minuto, issuing an isolated act that exceeds 25 thousand - value without VAT - should first open activity.
This means that, before issuing the isolated act, one must submit a Start of Activity declaration and select one that only foresees a green receipt before starting the questionnaire.
Only after this action, should you issue the isolated act on the Finance Portal.
Note that this activity opening is temporary and only for the purpose of isolated act, as it automatically stops after issuing the green receipt.
