Six free children's activities happening at Serra Shopping until November.

Looking for free activities to stimulate your children? The Serra Shopping Mall in Covilhã will have free activities until November.

According to Notícias ao Minuto, the activities will take place on the last Sunday of each month and will be directed towards the youngest in order to promote creativity and learning.

The free workshops for children will take place from 3 to 5 pm, on the ground floor of the center. The themes will be different, including handicrafts, paintings, and origamis, among others.

The first workshop took place on May 26th and consisted of a personalized pots workshop, where the youngest had the opportunity to decorate clay pots and plant an aromatic herb.

The workshops are intended for children between the ages of three and 12, who must be accompanied by an adult who verifies their age. The maximum capacity for each activity is 12 children, and entry will be on a first come, first served basis.  

This is the calendar of upcoming activities and their respective themes:

• June 30: collective sculpture;
• July 28: fun playdough; 
• August 25: canvas painting; 
• September 29: decorated stones;  
• October 27: scary origami; 
• November 24: gifts in macramé.
