The client also has the possibility of resorting to alternative dispute resolution, at the Arbitration Centre of the Autonomous University of Lisbon, or at the Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre, where complaints may be submitted to prevent conflicts with this credit intermediary.
